Authenticity Coffee Company is the café and roastery at the western end of The Colombo, owned by Bink Bowler and Reuben Thorne. The space is vibrant and fresh, providing a perfect spot to catch up with friends, or escape the daily rush.
Open 7 days, from 8am – 5pm, serving brunch, lunch, coffee, and cabinet – while featuring an onsite coffee roastery in full view, where they roast coffee for the café and for others around the city.
